Resep Masakan Rujak Pengantin
Bahan membuat rujak pengantin:
Bahan saus rujak pengantin
150 gram kacang tanah, sangrai/goreng, kupas lalu haluskan
2 buah cabai merah, haluskan
1/2 sendok makan ebi, rendam air panas, tiriskan, haluskan
1 sendok teh garam
3 sendok makan air jeruk nipis
3 sendok makan gula pasir
125 ml air panas
Bahan rujak pengantin:
150 gram kol di iris tipis
10 lembar daun selada, potong kasar
250 gram ketimun di iris tipis
250 gram kentang, rebus, potong bentuk dadu
2 butir telur rebus, potong menurut selera
2 sendok makan bawang merah goreng
emping goreng
Cara membuat rujak pengantin:
Larutkan gula dalam air jeruk nipis
Tambahkan garam, cabai, udang kering, lalu aduk rata
Masukan kacang dan aduk hingga merata
Tambahkan air panas sedikit demi sedikit hingga adonan encer
Susun di piring saji bahan-bahan rujak pengantin
Siram dengan saus kacang
Taburi emping goreng yang sudah diremukan dan bawang goreng
