Resep Kue Kering Kelapa Kismis

Bahan:

100 g mentega tawar 100 g gula palem
1 butir telur ayam
2 sdm susu bubuk
100 g kismis, cincang kasar
100 g kelapa parut kering, siap pakai
Ayak:

200 g tepung terigu
1/2 sdt soda kue
1 sdt bumbu spekuk*)
1/4 sdt garam
1 sdt vanili bubuk
Cara Membuat:

Siapkan loyang datar ukuran 30 x 30 x 3 cm, olesi dengan mentega hingga rata. Sisihkan.
Kocok mentega dan gula hingga lembut Masuk-kan telur dan susu, kocok terus hingga rata.
Tambahkan campuran terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil aduk perlahan hingga tercampur rata.
Masukkan kismis dan kelapa parut kering, aduk rata.
Ambil 1 sdt adonan, bulatkan, tekan perlahan dengan bantuan garpu. Lakukan hingga adonan habis. Atur di atas loyang.
Panggang dalam oven panas suhu 180° C selama 20 menit hingga matang. Angkat.
Simpan dalam stoples, tutup rapat.
