:: Bubur Jagung Keju ::
Bahan :
3 buah jagung manis, parut
1 buah jagung manis, rebus, pipil
500 ml air
2 lembar daun pandan
150 gr susu CARNATION
50 ml santan kental
2 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dengan sedikit air
¼ sdt garam
50 gr keju parut
Cara Membuat:
1. Didihkan air, masukkan jagung yang telah diparut dan daun pandan, masak hingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan jagung pipil, garam, susu CARNATION, dan santan. Aduk rata lalu tambahkan larutan maizena.
3. Aduk terus dan masak hingga matang. Angkat.
4. Tuang kedalam mangkuk saji, sajikan hangat dengan taburan keju parut.
