Bubur candil

Bahan: 
400 gr ubi kuning
100-200 gr tepung kanji/tapioka (kekenyalannya sesuai selera)
1/2 sdt garam
Karena saya memakai ubi jepang yang memang sudah banyak mengandung air, saya tidak perlu lagi menambahkan air ke dalam adonan.
Kuah manis:
200 gr gula merah
30 gr gula pasir
750 ml air
daun pandan
Kuah santan:
250 ml santan kental
1/4 sdt garam
daun pandan

Cara membuat:
Cuci ubi kemudian potong mnjd bbrp bag.
Kukus sampai matang.
Kupas ubi, kemudian dlm keadaan msh panas segera haluskan.
Campur ubi, tepung kanji dan garam sampai menjadi adonan yang dapat dipulung.
Bentuk sesuai selera, bulat atau lonjong.
Sementara itu didihkan air, rebus bulatan candil sampai matang (mengapung).
Rebus kuah manis, kemudian saring. Masukkan bulatan candil yang sudah mengapung kedalam kuah manis ini, sambil dimasak dengan api kecil.
Rebus kuah santan sambil diaduk2.
Tuang bulatan2 candil bersama kuah manisnya kedalam tempat
