Kue Bika Karamel

Bahan:
300 gram gula pasir
150 ml air panas
300 gram tepung all purpose
100 gram tepung maizena
6 butir telur ayam
250 gram mentega
125 ml susu kental manis putih
1 sdt soda kue

Cara Membuat:
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 175oC.
2. Panaskan gula pasir hingga meleleh, tambahkan air panas ketika sudah mencoklat, aduk-aduk hingga rata kemudian dinginkan.
3. Kocok mentega dan susu kental manis menggunakan mixer, kemudian masukkan satu per satu telur.
4. Ayak tepung bersama dengan soda kue dan tepung maizena, masukkan sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam adonan nomer dua sambil diaduk-aduk menggunakan sendok. Aduk hingga rata.
5. Masukkan karamel ke dalam adonan sambil terus diaduk hingga rata.
6. Siapkan loyang pemanggang, olesi dengan mentega dan taburi dengan tepung.
7. Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang, panggang selama kurang lebih 40-45 menit.
